JJ OS Manual – Home to pdf manual for the JJ-OS

How to ‘Crack’ your JJ OS ;)

Posted in Funny Stuff by jjmanual on 08/30/2007

I just read this story about a guy who killed his MPC
1000 by using a so-called cracked copy of the JJ-OS.
LMAO

my operating sysytem i uploaded, had been edited by an
as#hole who claimed
he could crack my jj os. he said he opened it in notepad
and edited it?”

The crack must have looked somthing like this, fo’ real ;)

No More pre-releases

Posted in News by jjmanual on 08/12/2007

I’ve decided not to release any pre-releases of the manual until its finally done.
The Reasons:

  • with JJ’s OS still beeing in development, changes in terms of features and control can occur and I don’t want to correct the manual everytime a new build is released
  • I am reconsidering the set-up of the document (Table of contents, chapters etc.)
  • I don’t want people to print out unfinished material with about 50 pages all the time

I hope to present the final Manual around October. PEACE

Aight! I just realized, I accidetally deleted the page of how to install the OS while compiling the last release as pdf! Strange, that nobody else noticed this ;)
I will upload a new revision later, once I finished the second round of error fixing. Have a nice weekend!

Mail From JJ

Posted in News by jjmanual on 08/02/2007

I sent JJ an email about the new place for the manual. Below you find a response from the Site Janitor:

“Thank you.

Your manual is very wonderful intelligibly.
I was allowed to add the link of a manual to a link page instantly.

Since a programmer changes a screen frequently, creation of a manual is not easy, either.
Whenever it changes a screen, it has collided with the programmer.
I’m sorry.
This is my mere grumble.
